The required documents:
1- A passport valid for at least six months from the expected date of arrival in Brazil with a copy of all pages used, provided that the passport contains at least two blank pages.
2- Fill out the visa application online and sign it by the person concerned. Provided that the parents fill out the application and sign it for their minor children before the consular authority.
3- Two new front (3x4) colored photographs (no more than six months old) with a white background.
4- A working statement (the validity period of which does not exceed a month), on an official sheet bearing the company logo, stamped and signed by the responsible manager and the company’s commercial record (with a copy) translated into Portuguese, French or English.
5- A school or university statement for students translated into Portuguese, French or English. In the event that the visa application is submitted during the academic year, the statement must include permission to be absent during the travel period; and in the event that it is presented during the summer vacation, a paper proving registration for the next academic year must be submitted .
6- An account statement for the last six months stamped and signed by the bank.
7- A criminal record issued less than 3 months ago, translated into Portuguese, French or English
(For applicants ages 18 and older), the criminal record can be withdrawn from the status of the Internal Security Forces;
8- The original invitation is addressed to the applicant and signed before the Brazilian notary (not exceeding six months) or before this consular authority, or the hotel reservation for the period of stay in Brazil (via the Internet or travel agency).
9- The travel reservation is issued by a travel agency or the Internet.
10- The original travel ticket and a copy of it must be presented upon approval.

$ 80.00R, equivalent to 160,000 LL;
