We would like to inform you that in order to be entitled to the annual leave, it is required that your service exceed 6 months, but if your service was only 6 months, then you are not entitled to the annual leave, as the Labor Relations Law stipulates:
Article 75
During each year of his service, the worker shall be granted an annual leave that may not be less than the following periods:
a- Two days for each month if the worker’s service period is more than six months and less than a year.
b- Thirty days in each year if the worker’s service period exceeds one year.
In the event the worker’s service is terminated, he shall be entitled to an annual leave for the fractions of the last year.
