I was cancelled by my sponsor because they went...
I was cancelled by my sponsor because they went back to their country for good.As for me I stayed and searched for new job.I found a job but when the company applied for my visa, immigration said I was blocked (absconding).I went then to Amer, immigration 15,tasheel but nothing happened every office I go they will send me to other office.I hope you could advice me of what exactly I need to do.

We would like to inform you that if the sponsor filed a complaint against the worker for his absence from work without right, so there are several criteria may be based on to prove that the absconding report is made without right, including, but not limited to the following:
1) The sponsor shall register the communication after the worker has filed a complaint against him with the Labor Office
2) The sponsor's registration of the absence report after the worker has submitted the application for transfer of the sponsorship
3) The sponsor assigns the worker specific work after submitting a report of absenteeism
You may remove the malicious report by filing an application at the General Directorate of Residence and Foreigners' Affairs
