i have a credit card with deem finance of having 82,000 dh limit. I am using from 7 years, my profile is best, I was in my home country in May 2021, as i have buisness, they blocked the card. I called the bank 30 times almost that i am with the same employer which you have my details from last 4 years,.........finnaly upto know they have blocked my card, as i have my rewards balance upto 4000 dh, which they r telling yes, its ur amount, but company policy if card is block we will not return your money, i did a loss of almost 50000 dh, because of this card, what can i do? now.
