My name is Atif Mahmood
Sir my Friend is thyroid patient she is from Thailand her family send her medicine from Thailand but there is some medicine which is banned here we don't know it's banned here when I go take medicine CID take me police station and take my I'd now we have to go on Sunday again in police station we are trying to get her medical treatment report but it will take time sir around 1 week I have 1 paper which doctor give her for medicine but not medical treatment report sir please advise me what we have to do now we don't want to do anything wrong here it's a mistake sir can you please help me.

We would like to inform you that if you brought in unlicensed medicines that are necessary for treatment here, you may submit a petition to the investigation department and they will give you time to bring the medical report, as it is the only evidence for the settlement of the case. Or they would request to refer the patient to forensic doctor to prove the validity of her condition, as the Code of Criminal Procedure stipulates:

They may use doctors and other experts. They may not assign witnesses or experts to the oath unless it is feared that the testimony can not be heard.
