Please, be noted that pregnancy without being married is not allowed in UAE, and it is considered unlawful marriage

According to the UAE civil law in UAE:

The marriage is authenticated legally and it has to be prooved by Sharia

It has to be done though a legal committee assigned by the Ministry of Health, whish has to state a free of disease

It has to be prooved by Maazoon and the Minister of Justice has to prove that and approve it according to special regulations
