So recently, I have this stabbing pain in my chest and it’s like needles piercing through or squeezing, I can’t breath when I lie down and when the chest pain start I have pain all over my left arm, jaw and leg.

I did tests for asthma they found nothing, I did an ultrasound sound and they said I have mild regurgitation, but now the pain is worse.

Treatment of chest pain
It is common symptoms affecting high percentage of people due to many factors and causes. First, you have to avoid muscular heavy works like lifting heavy objects to relax muscles in your chest. Also, you have to stop smoking and stress. You can take analgesic like IBUPROFEN 400 mg many times daily to relieve pain and apply hot packs on your chest to relieve pain.
What are your investigations you have to do
Measure your blood pressure to exclude hypertension, Do cbc for anemia and chest x ray with heart tests like ECG and ECHO

So I had tests and I was anemic but they gave me iron 2 doses, and still the pain didn’t go away, I’m 22 and I don’t smoke neither lift any heavy objects.
