HI, I have been requesting the Directorate General...
HI, I have been requesting the Directorate General for Residency for a long time, with no avail. They have rejected my fine waiver (transfer to court) several times, due to previous absconding case and other insufficient paperwork proof. I had a check case in 2019 which lead to my arrest causing my work absence of 1 month. My employer did not now my whereabouts therefore filling absconding. Now its 2years overstay and I can not pay this amount. Can I repatriate without imprisonment? Or what should I do please?? I can no longer wait, I've exhausted my savings and no place to live.

We would like to inform you that if the sponsor filed a complaint against the worker for his absence from work without right, so there are several criteria may be based on to prove that the absconding report is made without right, including, but not limited to the following:
1) The sponsor shall register the communication after the worker has filed a complaint against him with the Labor Office
2) The sponsor's registration of the absence report after the worker has submitted the application for transfer of the sponsorship
3) The sponsor assigns the worker specific work after submitting a report of absenteeism
You may remove the malicious report by filing an application at the General Directorate of Residence and Foreigners' Affairs
