Hello good eveningMy name is destiny am working in Oman, I had a contract with my boss with 3months probation and I had a visa before I joined him and before he did change of sponsorship and now he doesn't want me to work for him again . Now he is saying he have got me a ticket to my country of which I was here in Oman with my visa before I joined him . Can he do that ? And what should I do

We would like to inform you that if you are still in the probation period which is 3 months, the the employer has the right to end the contract after notifying the worker before 7 days.
So the worker has two options, whether to transfer the sponsorship to another sponsor, or leave the country.
Note that the employer cannot force the worker to leave, if he did, then you can file a complaint against the employer in the labor office.
According to the below article
Article 24
The worker shall not be appointed under the test for more than three months for those who charge monthly and for more than one month for those who receive its reward.
The worker shall not be appointed under the test more than once at the same employer and the intervention period of the test if it is passed by the worker in the duration of service. In all cases, the test period should be determined if any work contract.
Either of the two sides may be delayed during the test period if it shows an ineffective continuation of work, after notifying the other party at least seven days.
