How can I apply for removing my absconding?

We would like to inform you that the employer's escape report against the worker can be removed in one of two ways.

First:

The employer should go to the Ministry of Labor to cancel the escape notice. You can negotiate with the employer in order to cancel the escape notice.

The second :

If the escape report is not true and you are still working, you can file a complaint with the Ministry of Labor against your employer to confirm that you are continuing to work.

The Ministry of Labor will cancel the escape report  if it confirms the lie of the employer.
