Am Ugandan currently leaving in Egypt I want to send a form to ECFMG to authorise them to change the names and date of birth on my bio data because the names on my passport are and academic documents are different and also my dates of birth on passport and their records are different They asked me to include a court order to show that I want to change my names and dates of birth Am not able to get a court order from Egypt because I am Ugandan How can I get a court order to change my names without travelling to Uganda Thank you Elias Opio
