We would like to inform you that you have to file a complaint against the employer in the Labor Office. Once the complaint is submitted, if the employer submits an escape report against you, it will be rejected because one of the conditions for accepting the escape report is the absence of previous complaints between the employer and the worker, as escape reports are not accepted in the following cases:
1. If there is a labor complaint or lawsuit from the worker that is still pending before the Ministry of Labor or before the competent courts.
2. The worker is on vacation.
3. If the worker’s absence for convincing and legitimate reasons from the date of expiry of the prescribed leave.
4. The employer must be sure of the whereabouts of the worker.
5. If there is a false or malicious report against the employee.
