Before i joined this private company i was working...
Before i joined this private company i was working with a government company and the government company released me because of the perdemic of corona i looked for a job and i found the private one and i have been working with them for the last 1 years and so but they haven't managed to change my sponsorship from my previous company and Before i had all the documents that i was given stateting that the previous company has released me on they will due to the situation of corona but the private company hasn't done much to change my sponsorship and they are manupleting me by that pending my salary for 2 months now now i have expired visa and they don't want to give me back my documents hence i have gotten a job with another company that are willing to help me but they don't what to give me back my documents to leave

Kindly be informed, and to complete our previous answer to you, a labor complaint can be submitted immediately before the Ministry of Labor, as it is the competent authority to end labor disputes, and the Ministry allows you to change the employer if it is proven that the employer is in violation, in addition to obligating the employer to return and return any documents belonging to you according to the labor law and text Article 53
The employer, upon expiry of the contract, must:
1- The worker shall be granted, upon his request, free of charge, a service certificate, in which he shall indicate the date of commencing the work, the date of its completion, the type of work he was performing, and the amount of wages he was receiving.
2- Handing over to the worker what he deposited with him of certificates, documents and others.
Article 51
The worker may terminate the work contract before the expiry of its term if it is for a fixed term, and without notifying the employer if it is for an indefinite term, while retaining his full right to the end of service gratuity, in any of the following cases:
1- If the employer breaches his obligations under the work contract or under the provisions of this law.
2- If the employer or the manager in charge committed a physical assault or an immoral act against the worker or a member of his family.
3- If the employer or his representative has introduced fraud to the worker at the time of contracting with regard to the work conditions.
4- If there is a serious danger that threatens the worker’s safety or health, provided that the employer is aware of the existence of the danger and has not acted to eliminate it.
5- If a final decision is issued by one of the labor dispute settlement committees in favor of the worker.
