Marriage e

For foreigners to marry from Bahrain, the following conditions are required:
1- A certificate issued by or approved by the Ministry of Health stating that the spouses have undergone the medical tests required for marriage and that the spouses are free from any diseases that prevent marriage
2- Obtaining the approval of the embassy to which the foreign spouse belongs in the marriage
3- Both spouses must have a valid residency at the time of marriage
- Provided that the authorized official authenticates the marriage contracts of foreigners in Bahrain
