I am working in oman, I came to India on annual leave and struck here due to flight ban. Now oman has lifted ban from 1st September and my company told me to extend my leave for another 3 months

We would like to inform you that the employer does not have the right to give you unpaid leave, and here you shall distinguish between two things: the period in which there was a ban, in which you deserve your wages for this period with the possibility of reducing part of the wages. As for the period after the end of the ban, you are entitled to your full wages, as the reason for the leave is from the employer, and it is calculated from the annual leave.
You may file a complaint against the employer at the Labor Office.
Article 61 of the Omani labor law:
the worker has the right to annual leave with a comprehensive wage of not less than thirty days. The worker shall be entitled to leave according to the requirements of the labor authority and shall not be allowed to take regular leave at least six months from the date of joining the employer. The Employee shall be entitled to a comprehensive wage during holidays on holidays and events determined by a decision of the Minister and the employee may not give up his leave.
