I have tested positive since 31 Aug 21. Symptoms are fever, cough, smellless and tasteless. Doctor prescribed maxigesic, favipiravir tablest, zing tablets and vitamin C. Im having fever after every 6 hours since the day i tested positive. I would like to know do you recommend some other medicines so that my fever completly go off.

How can COVID disease be treated ?
symptoms of covid may persist for more than a week , so don't worry. you can treat fever by using paracetamol 1000mg every 6 hours , or you can use cataflam 50mg if there's no response . it's very important to drink enough water and hot drinks like natural herbs, honey with lemon and get a good nutrition full with vitamins and minerals . if fever persist more than 7 day, symptoms getting worse or you have shortness of breath, you should seek medical help from covid department .
