wait a few days Then retest If you continue to miss your period, be sure to do Pregnancy Test countitive in lab If there is no pregnancy, it is possible to take DuPhastone tablets 20 mg tablets morning and evening for 5 days menstrual bleeding is expected between 2 to 10 days after taking this medcaments

By taking full medical history and doing Complete blood count and Coagulation factor studies and Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) level and Thyroid function tests and and prolactin level and Pelvic ultrasonography
