Forgery of a document is changing the truth in it in one of the ways indicated in what is considered a change that would cause harm, and to use it as a valid document.
The methods of forgery are:
1 - Any modification, addition, deletion, or otherwise, in the writing of the document, or the numbers, pictures, or signs therein.
2- Placing a forged signature or stamp, or changing a valid signature, stamp or fingerprint, as well as misusing the signature, stamp, or fingerprint.
3 - Obtaining, by surprise or fraud, the signature, stamp, or fingerprint of a person who does not know the true content of the document.
4 - Fake or imitate the editor.
5- Filling out a blank sheet of paper, signed, stamped, or thumb printed, without the approval of the owner of the signature, stamp, or fingerprint.
6 - Impersonation or substitution of the identity in a document prepared for its recording.
7- Misrepresentation of the truth in a document when it was edited in what was prepared for its recording.

The complaint can be submitted to the police department, and then it will be transferred to the court
