Treatment of vaginal yeast infection:
It depends on the cause, and till the right diagnosis you can use flagyl 500 mg three times daily, miconazole cream twice daily, and diktazole vaginal suppositories once daily before sleep for three days

It depends on the clinincal examination of a gynacologist and investigations as abdomen and pelvis ultrasound
Symptoms of vaginal yeast infection:
- White discharge
- Itching
- Bad odor
- Dysuria
- Abdominal pain
- Low back pain

What are the treatment of vaginal infection ?
If you suffer from vaginal infection for years you have to do vaginal swab and culture for appropriate tratemtn and you have to pay good attention to personal hygiene and your doctor will prescribe medications such as Oral antibiotics as metronidazol in case of Bacterial infection with topical medication as Dektacort cream three times per day and Vaginal douches once daily .
