Treatment of urine infection
It is common type of infection. Firstly, increase your daily intake of water for at least 3 liters per day . Decrease your daily intake of food salts. You can use drugs to relieve infection like Cefurixime antibiotic 500 mg twice daily for one wk in addition to PRobiut tabs twice daily to relieve symptoms you have.
Investigations to do
You can do urine analysis to exclude UTI. There is no need to do tests for common urine infections
