Based on the previous Ministerial Resolution No. (92/93), which indicates that for Omani citizens who marry foreigners, they must obtain a permit from the Ministry of Interior, without prejudice to the marriage standards that took place before the issuance of that decision, and those who get married without a permit shall be penalized with a fine that not exceeding two thousand Omani riyals. In all cases, the violator shall be deprived, while allowing him to bring in the wife or foreign husband, and those from public office.
