3- The Public Prosecution conducts an investigation regarding the request to ascertain the date of the student’s residence in every place where he stayed from the time of the judgment against him, and the duration of that residence, to determine his behavior and sources of livelihood, and in general, it investigates all the information it deems necessary, and includes the investigation to the request and submits it to the Criminal Court Within the three months following its submission of a report in which she writes her opinion and states the reasons on which it is based, and attaches to the request:

1- Copies of judgments issued against the student.

2- His criminal record.

3- A report on his behavior during the implementation period.

4- A report on his condition from the police in the places where he has resided since his release.
