 we would like to inform you there are many immigration programs for Canada, all of them depend on the points amount that the applicant has. Before talking about the immigration programs, you have to find out whether you are qualified in any program, so you have to visit the Canadian Immigration Ministry to find out that. In order to be qualified for the immigration program, then you have to:
First: get 67 score at least, so you have to know the below points:

Canadian Experience Class
Federal Skilled Trades Class
Family Class

Business Entrepreneur
Business Self-Employed
All of these federal programs available and applied in all provinces of Canada under the name of Express Entry Canada. To find out if you are eligible for this program, the points should be addressed and distributed as follows:
First: Age
1-      (18 - 35) years (12) points.
2-     (35 - 45) years (10) points.
3-     (46 - 50) years (08) points.
4-     (50 years and above) zero point.
Second: - Educational qualifications: -
1-      Doctoral degree (25) points.
2-     Master’s degree (23) points.
3-     Bachelor's degree (22) points.
4-     Diploma “2 years” (19) points.
5-     Diploma “one year” (15) points.
6-     High school certificate (5) points.
Third: - Experiences: -
1-      One year of experience (9) points.
2-    (2 - 3) years (11) points.
3-     (4 - 5) years (13) points.
4-     (5) years and above (15) points.
Fourth: - Language: -
It is the most difficult stage so if you speak English you must pass the IELTS test and get a score of not less than (6) degrees out of (9) degrees. If you do not get this degree you are not eligible for this program and therefore you must search for another program. If you speak French, you must pass the “Tef” test and have a score of at least 5.5. If you are fluent in both languages, you will be qualified for this program and get the highest points.
Fifth: - Adaptation: -
It is related about how you can adapt to Canadian society if you accept and agree to the immigration application and give you a five-year stay.
Note:-
• If you do not know English and the wife wants to migrate with the husband and pass the IELTS test and get a score of (4.5) out of (9), this add to you (5) additional points on your points, which strongly supports your application.
• Also if you have relatives in Canada and have a residence permit, you will be given (5) additional points.
• If the applicant is eligible, he / she can calculate the points as indicated and according to each case and collect them. If the score reaches 67, you will be eligible for the immigration program otherwise you are not eligible.

Sixth: - Business Self-Employed persons:
First, you must find out the required jobs in Canada:
1)      Construction.
2)     Maintenance of equipment (technician).
3)     Cooking.
4)     The butcher.
5)     Baking.
* These trades do not require that you have a scientific qualification and only have experience in this work for at least two years full-time or part-time within the last five years before applying.
• In addition, this type of program requires that you have a good knowledge of English or French and that you have an IELTS or TEF certificate in French and that you need a full-time job offer in Canada for one year.
• Also the applicant should not be associated with any place or province in which he has never visited Canada or studied at a Canadian university.
• In regard to the language required for this program, you must obtain a score of not less than (5) degrees, which is much easier than the program to obtain (6) out of (9).
• All the previously mentioned are under the federal program and applied in all provinces of Canada except the province of (Quebec).
• It is also part of the federal program "Express Entry Canada" immigration through the contract of employment.
Seventh: Immigration through the employment contract.
• This program conditions are:
1)      Intention to settle and live in the province.
2)     You have a file in the Federal Express Entry Canada looking for a job.
3)     You have educational qualification more than secondary and without that you need to search for another program.
4)     An existing job with the association.
5)     Prove that you have enough money for three months if there is no work or until getting a job.
Eighth: - Provinces Immigration:
One of the best provinces to migrate to Canada is the Province of Mentova. This program depends on the availability of several conditions as follows:
1)      Age of (21-45) years.
2)     Provide a one-year teaching certificate in any field.
3)     Do not be linked anywhere in Canada, meaning you do not have a relative.
4)     You have never visited Canada or studied at any Canadian university previously.
5)     Practical experience (two years) in any field.
6)     IELTS degree (5).
7)     Prove that you have enough money to spend on yourself and it is through the submission of a statement of bank account (10.000) dollars and in the case of having a family should add (2000) dollars to each family member.
• It is preferable for the applicant in this type of immigration of the provinces to have one of the following professions:
1)      Paint.
2)     Factory worker (technician).
3)     Profession (welding - Smith).
The required documents:
1)      Application Form.
2)     A passport and a copy of it.
3)     A copy of the IELTS certificate.
4)     CV in English.
5)     Bank Statement.
• Then apply online through the Canadian Department of Immigration or the immigration website.
Ninth: Canadian Quebec Immigration.
• You can submit the application via the website of the Ministry of Immigration (Quebec) and requires to have account for the site and then fill in the application for all personal and scientific data and to obtain the certificate of candidacy offered by the applicant to immigrate by providing his\her information.
• This program depends on several key points:
1)      The age of the candidate.
2)     Educational qualifications.
3)     Training Field.
4)     Work experience.
5)     Language proficiency and the ability to adapt with other societies.
6)     French language is required as it is the accredit language there.
