My employer files for my visa but never paid the fees and he gorged my signature showing 300bd salary but gave me a contract off 900 bd. He paid me 900bd and wants the money back.What should I do? How can I take action?

Yes he filed a complaint against me that I took loan of 900 bd from company and I am not paying back which is not true.

He is also charging me fees to pay the agent for Visa... he have me the money as I worked for 2 months for him but now he is demanding the money back

We would like to inform you that the visa and residence fees is borne by the employer, and once the employer forges your signature this makes him committing the crime of forgery. Therefore, you shall file a complaint against him at the Public Prosecution Office to punish him for the crime of forgery. You may also file a complaint against him at the Labor Office.
 
 The Bahraini legislator addressed this crime in the Penal Code in Article No. 271 by stipulating that making a forgery in an official document is punishable by imprisonment for a period not exceeding ten years, and the forgery in a special document is punishable by imprisonment.

I joined a company with an assurance of 900 BD as salary however my contract which I was asked to sign then said I will get paid after 3 months and first 3 months I need to work without salary. I was cheated here and Stilli worked for one more month and i requested money for expenses and was paid 980 BD in 4 payments. One day while working in office on office floor I found a document with my fake signature on it and stating a salary of 300 BD. I have this document in my possession and that's when I decided to stop working. I informed the employer I do not want to work again and they are now demanding me the 980 bd they paid me and additional 20 bd for visa processing charges.I do not know what to do now. I have got a new job and my new employer cannot file for visa transfer as my previous employer filed for my visa but did not pay fees. This is showing in LMRA system. When I asked them to withdraw their application they are demanding me money. Please advice what to do now.

Sir, I dont think I should pay the money back as I was cheated but now they are troubling me with this. I did all the work that was expected out of me and now they want me to pay them as well. I hope you can advice and guide me correctly
