I just want to know about dispute in International import. We imported gloves from Malaysia and its 100 pcs per box as normal condition and also written on the box. The shipment came as credit terms and we paid 25% of the value already. We got a complaint from our client that only 50 pcs gloves are there in one box, that is only 50% gloves packed in one box... we check lot of boxes and found its correct. Now, the exporter is asking money but we can't sell this gloves here in Oman with false information

We would like to inform you that it's better to solve the matter friendly with the company as they may not intend to do that. However, if that was a fraud from that export company then it is better to hire a lawyer and make an attorney for him in Malaysia so he could make a report to the Malaysian police there against the company which exported the gloves for you with boxes written 100 pcs but it actually contains 50 pcs. 
Then the lawyer will take the legal procedures against the company and ask for compensation for the damage that followed you due to the fraud and cause defamation with your customers.

but we are in Oman and export company is in Malaysia.. also export company purchased the gloves from the manufacturer and sold to us in Oman as credit basis. Now, we can't sell it here as the quantity is not matching what is written on box and the exporter, our friend is now in between. the manufacturer is not agreeing about the shortage of gloves telling that now its more than one month

you know we will have legal issues if we sell in qty less than what is mentioned on the box. almost 80% of the boxes are untouched and we want to prove them its a fraud from the manufacturer and even file a case against the manufacturer

Therefore, you have to hire a lawyer to take the legal process against the company to get compensation due to the damage followed you, as we previously mentioned.

It is best to hire a lawyer in Malaysia, and you can also hire him in Oman if he is an international lawyer
