Good morning, I had a Phillipine demostic helper...
Good morning, I had a Phillipine demostic helper her visa was obtain from Bahrain while she was working there as skilled worker. She was in Saudi during the pandemic and becouse of that her visa expired and came back to BH for days after visa expired they issue visiting visa I could not renew also becouse of luck down and I could not come to issue new visa. Now she has visiting visa until 22 this month I am trying to get visiting visa to UAE is she is allowed to go and come back before the 22 so I can hire her again becouse she stayed over six months and they say she must leave appreciate your answer today. Thanks

We would like to inform you that she may leave and return, provided that she submits an application to extend the period of residence cancellation. This service is provided by the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs to individuals wishing to request an extension of the residency cancellation period if the resident is unable to leave Bahrain within the permitted period of departure, which is three months.
1-Application form.
2- The worker's original passport and a clear copy of it.
3- A copy of the sponsor's ID card.
4-If the worker leaves the Kingdom, the original travel ticket and a copy of it shall be attached.
4- In the case of a local transfer, a written letter from the new sponsor or the institution to which the transfer is to be done shall be attached
