Article (115)

Article (116)

Article (117)
The employer may not terminate the work contract for the worker’s illness unless the worker has exhausted the balance of his sick and annual leaves.
The employer shall inform him of his desire to terminate the contract fifteen days prior to the date of the worker’s exhaustion of his leaves. If the worker recovers before the expiry of this period, the employer shall refrain from terminating the contract due to the worker’s illness.
Article (118)
A single contract is any work contract concluded by the employer with the same worker if there is no time difference between the end of the old contract or the start of the new contract, or this difference is less than 30 days, and if the new contract includes better benefits or conditions, it is considered an amendment to the previous contract of work.
