We would like to inform you that if this absconding report is faked and malicious then you can go to the Ministry of Labor and review and prove that the report is malicious and without legal reason and aims to harm you and you are still working.
Note that the law allows the employer to file absconding report if there is legal reason, so if you have the proof you can cancel it.
