If you paid the agreed amount, then they don't have the right to ask for additional money.
If they asked for more money, then you can file a complaint to the Ministry of Tourism.
Note that you have to attach the required documents for visa as below:
1) Copy of a valid passport for at least six months
2) Two photographs with the same specifications of passport photo with white background for each
3) booking flight
4) Copy of the contract of employment or letter of employment
