How to lose weight without following a diet?
First, following a diet is important to lose weight, as the diet focuses on determining the meals consumed, quantities, items and times, which stimulates the weight loss process. 
A typical weight loss plan is based on a healthy, low-calorie, low-fat diet combined with daily weight loss exercises for approximately 45 minutes.
As for losing weight without diet, it is not an effective way, as the results will be slow and unsatisfactory.
Below you will find  tips and guidelines for losing weight, which are considered useful changes in the lifestyle, and we recommend you to do exercises on daily basis.
 
Weight loss tips:
  • Start your day by drinking 2 glasses of water to give the body a chance to discharge toxins.
  • Eat a healthy breakfast no later than two hours after you wake up
  • Do physical activity daily, one or two hours after breakfast
  • Have a snack like a piece of fruit and a glass of milk
