Hi,I am working in oman near to 16 years and I will get expired on 12th of Aug.2021. So I have resigned to my job for not getting the salary from 9 months.Now my employer is telling not giving any settlement nor balance dues except.So people suggest what I can do if I am not getting before my visa . getting expired

If your inquiry relates to the employer's refusal to pay your dues, here is the following information:
At the end of the work contract, you can ask the employer to pay the following dues:
1- End of service indemnity is at the rate of 15 days’ wages for each year of service for the first 3 years and one month’s wages for each of the following years.
2- Leaves you did not get.
If the employer refuses to pay your dues, you can file a complaint with the Ministry of Labor, provided that you ask to be allowed not to travel until a decision is issued in the labor complaint.

Once complaint lodged in ministry of labour will inform me not to travel nor will instruct to employer if my visa got expired. Please let me know and I am very excited to hear from you.

Indeed, you will not be able to travel after submitting the complaint, and you can contact the Immigration Department to request a temporary extension of the visa until the date of the end of the complaint
