Dear respected Sir/madam I am noman kabir from india i am facing here in oman some problems with my sponsor Hear are all details [  ] I come here in riyadh gulf national llc on 1st April 2015 as a salesman cum tactician [  ] After 6 month my sponsor told me noman u have to handle accounts also but i told him i don't know about accounts i am not accountant but he forced me to handle the accounts [  ] And i come here he take my passport [  ] In 2017 1st time i am going india in January but he didn't give me December 2016 salary and leave salary also 2nd time i go to india on 2018 for my wedding that time also same i go on February 2018 but he didn't give January salary he told me noman u go naw after you'll come i will give u next day but he didn't give me evry day i ask him he told me wait wait and suddenly he give me 1 Arabic latter and told me to take this latter to Al da al aam i go ther hi take me to jail for 3 hours still i don't know what is my mistake that time i newly married afte i come out from jail he told me its normal don't say anyone be quiet and don't say anyone [  ] After this jail incident i am to much in depression [  ] After some days i asked him about my salary he asked me how much remaining salary i told him jan to june 2018 but he give me only 2 months salary so i take 2 iphone x be half on my salary and i go to india but he call me message me to come return he make me emotional blackmail i ask him that time if i come again you don't create any problems to me he told me no i didn't create any problems for you this conversation i have he's voice recording but now he creating problems for me and that's 2 iphone x i take it that iphone x money i paid after i come here in oman [  ] My all colleagues are face alot of issues with my sponsors [  ] He didn't make Labour cards on time some time after 6 months some time 8 months like this [  ] Last i go to india on 2018 till now i didn't go to india now i am completing 3 years last year October 2020 i told him i want to go to vacation but he ignore me afte than i told him on November he ignore me than i told him on December he told me i will manage but still he didn't allow me to go [  ] Now this months from date of 16th he's brother join the shop he is everyday torturing me some time asking you take any mobile in 2020 some time asking me how much money you take from here like this and suddenly he told me on 30th may 2021 noman leave the shop don't come to my shop if i call you  you can come only he's saying stay home don't go anywhere don't meet anybody don't call anyone he told me like this than i call to my sponsor he told do whatever my brother is saying and start to ask me noman 2017 to till now how much money you take i told only my salary but he's saying leave the salary other money i told him no i didn't take anything but now he pressuring me if you want to india pay 7000 Omani rial and go from where should i bring this much amount [  ] Now at my home to much problem my mom is sick because of she listen thsi this if something happen there who's responsible about that and i am newly married my wife's parents also come to my home and he's asking to much questions to my parents after married i didn't go to my home [  ] In 2019 i go to renew my labour card that time in my medical report i found VDRL positive that time i need medical leave but that time also he didn't give me medical leave still i am VDRL positive [  ] He take my passport he using my bank muscat account also my bank muscat ATM card also with him he changed my bank account contact number without my permission and now he put he's mobile number i received only emails from bank [  ] Now i am at home he didn't allow me to enter in shop now i don't have any work and i don't have any money to survive my self i didn't get my month of may 2021 salary [  ] He told me don't call anyone don't meet anybody [  ] My sponsor saying to me noman i will hide you your family cannot find you till you die what is this sir he's threading me evry time [  ] Some time in shop some parts or some mobile not available so we arrange from another shop and give to customer after sale that money we give to that shop and profit we put for as because that is not in shop stock so that's why we take that profit before 2 months tactician left the job because of my sponsor after than i only change the display whatever available in shop we put tha money in shop whatever is not available we bring from out side and fix for customer and tha money we to that shop remains 2 rial or 3 rial we put for as because that parts is not from our shop [  ] Now he making wrong allegations that noman how much you take money from shop from 2017 to till now 40000 30000 or 20000 rial oman i tild him what you are talking this i didn't take anything he told me leave everything if you want to go india pay me 7000 omani rial and go where should i pay this much of amount i didn't take this he ask me where is company money i told him you company system you check ther he's saying o don't know about that just pay me 7000 rial oman and go to india [  ] This is my all details i hope you will help me and i go
