The matter in estimating the value of compensation is up to the court’s assessment according to the facts presented to it
  A person of the age of discretion shall be liable for the commission of wrongdoing acts.
   However, where damage is caused by a person who has not reached the age of discretion and such person cannot be held liable to indemnify such damage, the court may require such person to pay a fair indemnity, taking into account the position of the parties.

   Damages payable by a person responsible for any accidental loss act shall be limited to the incurred and profit forfeited by the aggrieved party, provided that the loss resulted from the unlawful act.
  Such loss or forfeited profit shall be deemed a natural result of the unlawful act if it could not have been avoided by using reasonable efforts as required in the circumstances by a reasonable person.
