You should follow one of the two ways to claim your rights:
First: To file a complaint at the Ministry of Health against the hospital and the medical staff in order to make an investigation committee and punish them with the penalties stipulated in the relevant laws, which are disciplinary penalties.
Second: You have to file a complaint on negligence and abuse against them at the Public Prosecution, and compensation can be claimed from the hospital and the medical staff for all the physical and psychological damages that have happened to you.
