I just want to ask regarding for kuwait law... I resigned my comoany last april 21 and about all of this i need to. Render the 3months notce and it will end by july 21.. The problem is they already transferred my new visa to my new employer.. But they are allowing me still work in my previous company... I just want to know if i will leave this company eventhough i will not finish the 3mos notice, is it okay? Because my visa now is in my new employer...

We would like to inform you that according to the Kuwaiti Labor Law, the contract has to be termoinated legally as below article states:
Article (44):
In the event where the term of the work contract is not specified, both parties shall have the right to terminate the same by means of a notice to the other party as follows:
a- Three months prior to the termination of the contract for the workers earning a monthly remuneration.
b- One month prior to the termination of the contract for other workers.
In the event where the party wishing to terminate the contract does not abide by the period of notice, he shall be obliged to pay the other party a compensation for the notification period equal to the remuneration of the worker for the same period.
c- In the event where the notification of termination is issued by the employer, the worker shall have the right to be absent one day or 8 hours per week in order to search for other work. He shall also be entitled to his remuneration for the day or hours of absence.
The worker shall decide on the day or hours of absence and shall notify the employer at least one day prior to such absence.
d- The employer may exempt the employee from work during the period of notification while but shall count such period within the worker’s period of service. The employer shall pay the worker all his entitlements and remuneration for the period of notification.
Therefore, the worker can terminate the contract if he notified the employer and keep on working during the notice period then leave the work after the end of the notice.

Even sir my new visa is already transferred in another company? Because now my new company is asking me to work with them... Like my visa now is not longer in my previous company... They agree for my transfering of my visa.. They are still want me to finish the 3mos notice even my visa is not with them? How about this?

So sir you mean.. I can leave now the work and go to my new employer? They will not put me any cases because i didnt finish the 3months notice right sir? I habe the rights to leave now?
