I wanted to transfer to new employer from old...

We would like to inform you that in the event that you intend to change the current work to another work and transfer the residence, you may not be able to transfer only after obtaining the consent of the sponsor of non objection and also cancel the previous visa as well as the condition that you have been in the service with the employer for a period not less than a year. These conditions related to the transfer of the residence may not be excluded or you could not change the employer and if you have any legal query, you are is welcome after clarification.
We would like to inform you that according to the Kuwaiti Residency Law established by the expat and about the transfer of residency for workers in the private sector from one sponsor to another, according to Article (18) of the executive regulations of the Foreign Residence Law.
•         Application form for sponsorship transfer signed by waiver from the previous and new sponsor.
•         Two (2) personal photos with a blue background measuring 6x4.
•         Approving the previous sponsor's signature and a copy thereof.
•         Original passport of the sponsored person.
•         Form of cancellation and transfer of work permit issued by the General Authority for Manpower under a letter issued by the competent immigration department approving the transfer.
•         Health insurance certificate.
•         Original civil ID (for the sponsored).
•         Proof of kinship.
•         Civil ID of the sponsor and a copy thereof.
