I need to get divorced

Divorce procedures are started in Qatar by going to the Family Court, after submitting the application.
1) The dispute is submitted to the committee competent to settle the dispute with the aim of reconciliation between the spouses,
2) If a committee is unable to reform, the judge shall assume this task
3) If the judge is not able to reconcile between them, two judgments are chosen from the family of the husband and wife. If they do not choose the two judgments, the court will choose them and the two judgments are in charge of reform between the spouses
4) If the two arbitrators are unable to fix them, then a proposal is issued by the two arbitrators to divorce them as follows:
A) If the damage is entirely from the husband, the two judgments are proposed to the court to separate them, while the wife retains all of her rights.
B) If the damage is entirely on the part of the wife, the two judgments suggest a separation with the wife being obliged to pay compensation to the husband
C) If the harm is shared by the spouses, they are divorced without compensation or with an appropriate allowance decided by the court.
D) If it is not known who caused the harm on the part of the two spouses, then if the husband is the one requesting the separation, the two arbitrators suggest rejecting his case, and if the wife is the applicant or each of them is requesting a separation, the two arbitrators decide to separate them without an allowance.
