Hi. I appealed a case that judgement was already ruled twice for me to be deported. My mistake was drunk and driving .I want to write a petition asking for forgiveness and for them not to deport me. How should I write it.

Thank you sir. And is it advisable for me to add a statement like " I've never done this mistake since I've been here it's only that I was depressed I won't repeat again and I've been regretting my actions since.my kids had been chased out of school, me myself I was sleeping inside the car for 2months.

In the event that the act is committed, regardless of its unjustified reasons, the petition request shall explain the reasons and the court is the one who decides to cancel the deportation or not
We would like to inform you that even the answer is not on your side, but according to the law if you were deported and your fingerprints were taken due to the overstay, then that is life time ban and you can’t enter Qatar and such ban can’t be removed unless you hired a lawyer to apply for petition to the Minister of Interior.
As according to article 23 from the Residence Law, A foreigner who has been administratively deported from the country can not be allowed to return unless he has obtained a special permit from the Minister of the Interior in accordance with article 28 of the same law.
The request for special permission referred to above shall be governed by the administration of entry and residence permits in the Directorate General of Residency and Foreigners' Affairs in each emirate. The application shall include all data relating to the previous residence or residence in the country and the reasons for deportation and the circumstances that followed and attach to the request all the necessary supporting documents in this regard.
The names of persons on the blacklist shall be submitted on the following conditions:
Ban to enter:
- Persons who have been added pursuant to a decision of a competent court to which the procedures and controls provided for in articles 102, 103 and 104 of Ministerial Resolution No. 360 of 1997 shall apply.
- Persons whose names have been listed by a decision of the Minister of the Interior or his authorized representative pursuant to the provisions of Article 23 of the Law on the Entry and Residence of Aliens shall be removed by a decision thereof.
- Persons whose names have been listed at the request of the Department of International Criminal Cooperation shall be removed in the same way.
