If Cheque bounced registration documents cancel...

 We would like to inform you that if the employer give you a check and its number on the document, then thst check is bounced, the tge registration documents will not be canceled unless if the registration is related with the check amount. Note that the law punish for the bounced checks. 

 

Article (393) of the Penal Code promulgated by Decree-Law No. 15 of 1976
Whoever gives, in bad faith, a check for which there is no adequate and outstanding disposition, or recovered after giving all or part of the payment in such a way that the rest does not meet its value, or the order of the drawee not to spend it, or who has intentionally liberated it, shall be punished by imprisonment, a fine or both. His signature in a way that prevents him from spending.
The same penalty shall be inflicted on those who appear to others or give them a check knowing that they have no remuneration for their value or that they are not payable.
