I tried any thingI sent a very many messages to UNHCR Tripoli but no responseI also tried to call UNHCR Tripoli telephone numbers but they don't answer my calls I tried almost 100 timesI don't understand if I'm not a countible

Please lawyer I'm a Refugee since June 2011in Uganda up to 2017 with out any assistance from UNHCR then I tried to come here in Libya inorder to cross water to Italy several times but cost guard of Libya return me back to Libya and presoned me many times then I tried to call UNHCR Tripoli Libya but none of them is gonna respond my call
