-Estimates of the national and foreign workforce to operate the project.
-The project's energy needs (electricity, gas and water).
-An approved legal agreement between the founders, including the authorization of a partner or their member to complete the procedures for approving the project.
-A copy of the ID card or passport of the legally authorized.
-A copy of the id card of the person charged with completing the procedures.
-A certificate indicating the nationality of the investor issued by the competent authority in his country for the natural person.
