My 2 years son got some food posioning 6 days ago, 4 days continuous vomiting, a drip and injection provided in emergency.
Medication is DOMPY syrup for vomit, but now he has severe and uncontrollable tummy pain.
Given a Fleet Enema still no results.
We also today gave him Movicol Sachet for constipation. But he is getting temperature, drowsiness and unable to stand even due to severe pain in tummy.
Anyone please help...
