We would like to inform you that if the employer didn't provide a proper place for sleeping, then you have to review the contract terms which are signed by both of you to check whether the employer applied the terms. If the contract states that the employer shall provide a good place for sleeping, then you can file a complaint against him in the Labor Department as he violated the contract terms.
However, if the contract doesn't state that, then you are not entitled to file a complaint against the employer as the contract is the main reference between the contractors.
