Please I have be experiencing chest pain recently...

Treatment of chest pain :
the treatment depends on the cause and to know the cause you should do the clinical examination , and you should avoid irritants inhaler , and stop smoking , and take aperiod of rest , if the chest pain related to cardiac causes such as myocardial infarction or angina
in these cases it's associated with difficulty in breathing, sweeting, shoulder and neck pain and this cases need urgent managment , and if Chest pain related to respiratory causes, such as bronchitis or common cold or lung infection in these cases, the pain is associated with cough, fever, chest-wheezing , in this case you can use Azethromycin 500mg once daily for  days , chest pain related to musculoskeletal trauma, in these cause the pain is well localized and for long time and relieved by analgesia like as Ibuprofen 600mg 2 times daily and use muscle relaxant like Relaone 3 times daily 
Diagnosis : 
By taking Full medical history and doing CBC to detect infection and ECG to exclude cariac causes ,and Chest xray to detect inflammation 
Causes : 

• chest trauma 
• Infection 
• cardiac problems
• Common cold

I advise you to visit the hospital to examine your chest , and to do chest x ray to exclude serious medical conditions
