international guideline in this case is self isoliation for 2 weeks , and symptoms treatment only , such as iubprofen in case of pain and fever , and anti-motility drugs in case of diarrhea, and cough medications and antihistamine in case of nose congestions and sneezing 
- in case of high fever ( more than 40 degree ) or shortness of breath , next step is to consult emergency department as soon as possible
