What is the management of Cough and vomiting ?
You should do clinical assessment in the nearest medical center where your doctor will precribe the Use of antibiotics, which must be prescribed by your doctor according to the results of culture and sensitivity test, which must be preformed such as Augmentin1gm twice daily for 7 days . You should provide yourself with Good hydration, drink as much water as you can and Eat healthy foodand to use over the counter painkillers as acetaminophen or ibuprofen
What are the Causes of Cough ?
- Common cold
- Viral infection
- Tonsillitis
- Pnuemonia
- Bronchitis
- Bronchial asthma
- Other causes
What are the associated symptome ?
- Fever and Chills
- cough
- Shortness of breath
- Chest pain
- Vomiting
- Fatigue
Investigations for your condition :
Physical examination and history for any abnormal signs and sypmtoms with Cbc for infection and Chest x-ray.
