You can file an appeal\objection against the work ban by filing a grievance in the Human Resources Ministry and provide all the documents that prove that you don't deserve the ban. Then the worker will get a number for his request and his objection will be checked by a committee to decide whether to remove the ban or not. 
After that they will notify the worker about the decision, note that the ban against the worker is issued if there any harm occurred to the employer , or if the worker committed any violation to the labor or to the Ministry system, which is considered one of the matters that cannot be compromised or left, and the work stamp is automatically removed after the end of the determined period.

I resign last October 9 2020,i send resignation by email and i have hard copy of my resignation also, but they file a case absconding to me, before im trying to see my settlement so i know how much i pay 4x i go to my previous company to see my settlement, last time i went there was end of February tge HR said your passport we turn over in al awir immigration, i resign because 6 to 7mnths no work no pay im a single mom of two that's why i decided to resign and search better job than staying in accommodation
