You can obtain a residence permit for employees in the private sector for the first time in accordance with Article 18 of the Executive Regulations of the Law on the residence of foreigners by going to the Directorate General of nationality and travel documents and submit a special request according to the following form:

The following documents must be attached to the application:
- Work permit issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor
- Certificate of health insurance
- Certificate of disease free
- Copy of the signature of the sponsor
- Number of (2) personal photo
- Entry to work in the civil sector in which the country was entered
- Criminal status
- Original passport of the sponsored person and a copy thereof
