In Egypt are there any laws against employer bullying ? Being undermined and isolated by supervisor etc ? Is HR by law required to investigate and correct such actions

We would like to inform you that the Egyptian Labor Law considers any threat or bullying or any abuse that the worker faces is a legal reason to the worker to end the contract. However, being undermined shall have a legal reason for that, if it wasn't legal then a committee in the labor law can handle an investigation.
Article 121 from the labor Law states:
The worker can end the contract if the employer breaches one of his essential legal obligations or the individual or group work contract, or the company system, or if the worker or one of his relatives had an assault by the employer or one of his representatives.
Note that the termination in this case is considered the end of the contract by the employer without a legal reason.
