I would like to inform you that if you are coming to work in Finland you need a residence permit. Before you can obtain a residence permit, you must have a place of work in Finland. When you get a job you can apply for a residence permit. You must apply for a residence permit before coming to Finland.
In order to do a job, you generally need either a residence permit or a residence permit of another type. The type of residence permit depends on the type of work you came for.
To work in Finland
If you are coming to work in Finland you need a residence permit. Before you can obtain a residence permit, you must have a place of work in Finland. Work permit
You need a worker's residence permit if you can not work with another residence permit or without a work permit, but you do not need a worker's residence permit for all jobs. You can check the type of residence permit you need from the Immigration Affairs Department website. For example,

·         Cleaning workers
·         Housekeepers and child care
The Immigration Affairs Department decides whether or not to grant the permit, and in addition requires a partial decision from the Employment and Livelihoods Office.
Other Residence Permits for Caspian Work
You do not need a worker's residence permit to take on certain jobs, but you need a residence permit issued for a specific job, for example
·         Corporate management function:
·         Expert Specialist Job
·         Post Researcher
·         A post in science, culture and arts
·         Vocational training
The immigration department decides whether to grant you a residence permit or not. In this case, a decision by the Office of Labor and Living Resources will not be required to obtain a residence permit.
If you have a residence permit in Finland for some other reason, for example because of a family connection, you may have the right to work in Finland, and then you will not need an independent residence permit for employment.
